XLM25Q series CNC Routers are designed for no matter smaller sized businesses or bigger industrial but still offers the same great performance you expect from XUANLIN Cnc Machinery. Due to our highly effective engineering and manufacturing processes, our automated Cnc Routers offer maximum versatility and can easily be integrated into existing workflows.
Constructed from a single-piece-welded steel frame along with an aircraft-quality aluminum gantry, XLM25QD4 also features cast gantry supports which greatly dampen vibrations. Each axis of this CNC Routers feature helical racks to provide smooth motion and tight control for precise and quality cutting.
An all-new knife system which offers both oscillating and non-oscillating capabilities is standard on the XLM25QD series CNC Routers along with an optional second knife system. A pneumatic tool changer also comes standard on theXLM25QD and has the capacity to hold up to 8/12 knife and spindle tools. Depending on an end-users application, spindle options range from 4 to 10 HP.
